Step 1: Determine Project Eligibility

Search for your project address and see if you are eligible to apply for a Neighborhood Opportunity Fund grant.


Step 2: Review Program Rules

Review the the program guidelines to learn about the rules, regulations, and requirements for applicants, as well as an overview of the application review and project selection process.

Step 3: Get More Information

Applicants are encouraged to attend a Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Rollout Session at which the Department of Planning and Development and SomerCor staff will give a program overview and answer any questions you have. These meetings will also include a Resource Fair which will allow attendees the opportunity to engage in one-on-one conversations with small business lenders and staff from the City’s Department of Buildings and Business Affairs and Consumer Protection.

To be considered for Neighborhood Opportunity Fund assistance, please complete and submit an application by the December 22, 2017 deadline.
