Step 1: Determine Project Eligibility

Search for your address and see if you are eligible to apply for a Neighborhood Opportunity Fund grant.

Step 2: Review Program Rules

Review the the program guidelines to learn about the rules, regulations, and requirements for applicants, as well as an overview of the application review and project selection process.

Step 3: Attend a Meeting

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of the one-hour project orientation meetings. You may attend any of the scheduled meetings below and more are being planned.
